Welcome to Kodland! We are a venture-backed digital skills school for children aged 5 to 17. Who we are looking for: an online teacher who will be responsible for conducting lessons based on provided scripts and materials. You will be able to teach up to 10–15 hours per week and share your experience with children! Lesson duration: 40 minutes; Format: Group classes, 1-1 on Zoom.

You are the ideal candidate for this position if: You are available to work in the afternoon and evening hours both on weekdays and weekends; You are able to work on a self-employment basis; You are a positive, influential, and open ambassador for Kodland.

The ideal Tutor is a passionate person who can engage children, is patient and empathetic. The ability to explain complex topics in an accessible way and motivate students to actively participate in lessons is key. Although we do not require passing tests, every Tutor should familiarise themselves with the course materials in order to conduct lessons effectively.

Notes: We offer a B2B contract with the possibility of working as an unregistered sole trader; other available options also include cooperation with the TwójStartup incubator or the Useme platform (commission contract/contract for specific work). This is a remote position, therefore you will need a personal laptop with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet place to work. Candidates have the opportunity to learn Scratch and Roblox with us.
