What you’ll do

You’ll be a key support partner to the physicians you work with, keeping their charts accurate and their clinics running smoothly.

• Prepare and organize medical records and patient charts before physician visits
• Update patient history, physical exam findings, and other health information in the EMR
• Send documentation to physicians for review and approval, following each facility’s procedures
• Track lab results and screening procedures so nothing slips through
• Keep records compliant through careful documentation and attestation
• Follow HIPAA, Joint Commission, and facility policies
• Handle clerical tasks that boost provider productivity and clinic workflow
• Review and apply clinical and administrative criteria accurately

What you bring

• Fluency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service or healthcare (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sharp attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and EMR systems
• A warm, patient, and empathetic approach
