Wat ga je doen?

Je helpt Nederlandse klanten telefonisch met vragen over producten en diensten. Als Klantenservice Medewerker luister je actief, denk je mee en bied je passende oplossingen. Of het nu gaat om nieuwe producten, voordeligere pakketten of het voorkomen van opzeggingen: jij bent het commerciële aanspreekpunt in onze klantenservice.

Wie ben jij?

• Woonachtig in Spanje en vloeiend Nederlands spreken

• Minimaal 2 avonden per week beschikbaar

• Stabiele internetverbinding via ethernetkabel

• Affiniteit met telefonie, internet en tv

• Basiskennis MS Office

• Flexibele werktijden tussen 08:00-20:00
