Experience & Background
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical sales in rare diseases, specialty care, or hospital‑based products.
- Strong existing relationships with HCPs and hospital stakeholders in Iberia.
- Solid understanding of the Iberic healthcare system, hospital decision‑making processes, and reimbursement pathways.

- Main responsibilities:
- Promote product portfolio to healthcare professionals, emphasizing clinical benefits and real-world evidence.
- Build and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), conduct targeted visits, and deliver impactful presentations.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve/exceed targets.
- Report sales activities via CRM tools.
- Territory & Account Management
- Manage a defined territory covering Iberia, with a focus on major university hospitals, specialist networks, and key referral centers.
- Develop and maintain a detailed territory plan, identifying top opportunities and high‑priority KOLs.
- Build long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the support needed to optimize patient outcomes.
- Market & Technical Expertise
- Maintain deep knowledge of the rare disease landscape, competitor activities, and evolving treatment protocols.
- Provide product training and ongoing education to HCPs, ensuring safe and effective use.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Track all customer interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with Spanish & Portuguese regulations, company policies, Spanish & Portuguese pharmaceutical regulations, and ethical standards.
