We’re seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to join a dynamic team representing one of the world’s leading travel brands. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on building relationships, growing revenue, and owning a portfolio of travel trade partners.
You will be responsible for developing and expanding your accounts through a proactive, relationship-led approach—primarily through face-to-face engagement, alongside virtual meetings, events, and training sessions. You’ll identify growth opportunities, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and support partners in becoming top performers.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams, you’ll ensure partners are well supported while using data and insights to shape your strategy. With the autonomy to manage your portfolio, you’ll be encouraged to bring fresh ideas and take a proactive approach to driving results.

- Deep understanding of the travel trade landscape, including tour operators, OTAs, retail agents, airline partners, and platform providers
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to diagnose complex partner needs and develop strategic, value-driven solutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage national and strategic accounts, with experience influencing and building credibility with senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, able to interpret portfolio data and market intelligence and translate findings into actionable account strategies
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer operations, sales support, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver integrated partner solutions
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and align within a regional or international team structure, sharing strategy and supporting colleagues across markets
- Proficient in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with strong commercial acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and high ethical standards
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and competing demands effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Language Skills: must be proficient in Korean with good English-speaking skills ideally.
- Availability to travel within South Korea
- International travel may be required depending on business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to strengthen relationships and market presence
