What product and team will you be working on?

Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you’ll do:

  • Launch and scale ad campaigns to promote the product on our core platform — Meta.

  • Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make data-driven decisions.

  • Build and test user behavior hypotheses using performance marketing and CRO tools, and collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Team.

  • Monitor and analyze EdTech market trends.

  • Collaborate with the creative production team: suggest new ad creatives and provide feedback on their performance.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Have some experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, consulting — or you’re just starting out and eager to grow fast.

  • Know your way around numbers, can use them to make smart decisions, and uncover causal relationships.

  • Love to research, ask “why?”, and figure things out from the ground up.

  • Have a willingness to quickly learn new tools (Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, ad platforms).

  • Communicate confidently in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
