Junior ServiceNow Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Junior ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d) who already has some hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and is now ready to take the next step in their career.

This position gives you the opportunity to build on your existing ServiceNow knowledge and develop particular expertise in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote). CPQ is still a relatively new and rapidly developing area within the ServiceNow platform, giving you the opportunity to build valuable expertise early on in a growing field. Depending on the project, you will also work with CRM and CSM, while gaining exposure to modern AI use cases and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of ServiceNow projects for clients in Switzerland and Germany

• Gather and analyze requirements together with business departments and stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow configurations and solutions

• Gradually build expertise in CPQ, CRM and CSM

• Support the further development and optimization of existing ServiceNow solutions

• Contribute to modern AI use cases and AI Agents on the ServiceNow platform

• Work closely with clients, consultants and technical teams

• Continuously develop your ServiceNow and consulting skills

Your Profile

• Initial hands-on experience with ServiceNow, for example as an Administrator, Consultant or Developer, preferably with CSM, CRM or similar modules

• Up to around 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting or a comparable role

• Strong motivation to expand your expertise and learn new ServiceNow modules

• Genuine interest in CPQ, CRM and modern AI solutions

• CSA or CAD certification is an advantage

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

• Enjoy working with clients and interdisciplinary teams

• Structured and independent way of working

• Very good German and good English skills

• Based in Switzerland or Germany
