We are looking for a Junior SAP SD Consultant to support daily operations and maintenance of the SAP SD module, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SAP SD configuration (SPRO).
- Good understanding of OTC processes and their management in SAP at a key-user level.
- Familiarity with Customer and Material Master Data and Pricing.
- Familiarity with LSMW, MASS, and Layout Management.
- Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- English — very good level, both written and spoken.
Responsibilities
- Support and train users on OTC processes in SAP, including order management, delivery, and billing.
- Assist with pricing configuration and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- Provide day-to-day user support and manage support tickets.
- Assist with configuring, testing, and implementing new SAP SD features and enhancements.
- Support ongoing system maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with developers on system changes, fixes, and enhancements.
