As a Junior People Acquisition Partner (all genders), you own the full recruiting lifecycle - sourcing, screening, closing - and connect exceptional people with exceptional opportunities, wherever in the world they are. You'll team up with People & Culture and business leaders across regions, powered by AI-driven tools and a mindset built for speed. From time to time, this means flexibility at the edges of your working day, with occasional collaboration during early or late hours to connect with colleagues and candidates in APAC or the Americas.

Location: Mobile Work (Germany-based), with international scope

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end recruiting activities - job postings, screening, scheduling, and documentation - for roles worldwide, using AI-supported tools to work smarter and faster.
• Conduct structured interviews, sometimes with candidates in APAC or the Americas.
• Drive active sourcing with modern digital and AI-powered platforms, reaching talent across the globe.
• Deliver a transparent, friendly, and professional candidate experience, regardless of time zone.
• Keep recruiting data sharp in our HR systems and help push continuous process improvement forward.

What you bring

• Prior hands-on experience - you've done this before, not just heard about it.
• Confidence to run recruiting processes independently, from sourcing to scheduling to candidate communication.
• Curiosity for AI and modern recruiting tech, and comfort picking up new tools fast.
• Willingness and flexibility for occasional collaboration outside standard hours, including regular touchpoints with APAC and/or Americas.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with C1-level proficiency in both English and German 
• A structured, reliable working style paired with a proactive mindset and team spirit.
