Junior Marketing Assistant - Pub Crawl Experience (EN / PT) - Remote

Location: Fully Remote | Full-time

Go Echoes is currently launching a new international Pub Crawl experience brand designed for travelers, nightlife enthusiasts, and social explorers.

To support this growth, we are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is creative, organized, and highly motivated to join our remote team. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and contribute directly to the development, visibility, and success of the project.

This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about social media, nightlife culture, tourism, and digital marketing within a fast-paced startup environment.

Tasks

Your Mission

As a Marketing Assistant, you will support the daily execution of marketing and branding activities across multiple digital channels.

1. Social Media & Content

• Assist in managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Help create engaging, trendy, and community-driven content
• Schedule posts and monitor audience engagement
• Support the collection and management of user-generated content
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creators

2. Marketing & Partnerships

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional actions
• Assist in identifying partnership opportunities with hostels, hotels, tourism businesses, and influencers
• Participate in outreach and collaboration management
• Monitor nightlife, tourism, and social media trends

3. Brand & Communication

• Ensure consistency of the brand image and tone across all channels
• Assist in preparing promotional and marketing materials
• Support branding initiatives and online communication activities

4. Reporting & Coordination

• Track basic campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Collect customer feedback and insights
• Assist with coordination and administrative marketing tasks
• Support communication between remote and local teams

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media, Communication, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation
• Creative mindset with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Background in hospitality, tourism, nightlife, or events is a strong plus
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities independently

Languages

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
