Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and networking for contract and permanent positions across various technologies.

  • Screen resumes, conduct initial technical assessments, and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit; shortlist qualified candidates for client requirements.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and client companies; provide interview preparation support and gather feedback from both parties.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process; provide updates, handle negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

  • Maintain comprehensive candidate database, track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality), and ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met for placements.



Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring with proven track record of successful placements in software development, testing, or IT infrastructure roles.

  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies including Java, Python, .NET, Cloud Computing, DevOps, Data Science, Mobile Development, and emerging tech stacks.

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms including Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate management.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with technical candidates, understand their career goals, and effectively match them with suitable opportunities.

  • Target-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly placement targets.
