As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our valued clients, which include medium and large advertisers as well as leading advertising agencies. In this position, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and assisting with issues related to integration, fraud prevention, budgeting, and media planning.
You will work closely with an experienced and collaborative Customer Success team that is committed to sharing knowledge and supporting your professional development.
