Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support & Outreach: Respond to customer queries promptly, perform outreach, build strong relationships, and complete at least 10 weekly pulse updates.
- Account & Data Management: Identify new customers, update Salesforce data, monitor system usage, track ticket statuses, and protect confidential information.
- Operations & Reporting: Pull reports, schedule Zoom meetings, manage administrative tasks, and support the manager to maintain a healthy customer base.
Requirements
- Technical & System Proficiency: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Salesloft, ClientSuccess, Tableau Reader, Zoom, Gong, Slack, Calendly, and internal tools.
- Core Skills: Advanced/fluent English, high attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, collaborative, dependable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently or in teams.
