Cloud Infrastructure Management: Expand and refine infrastructure, supporting autoscaling, serverless architecture, enterprise authentication integration, and cost optimization.
Monitoring & Log Aggregation: Monitor system performance (server loads, resource utilization) and aggregate logs to identify security and operational incidents.
Security & Compliance: Apply software hardening, security patches, vulnerability testing, and access controls (IAM, S3 policies, SSH) in coordination with Assessment & Authorization (A&A) teams.
Agile Collaboration & Support: Participate in SAFe/Scrum ceremonies, document operational workflows, complete engineering tasks, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
Clearance & Citizenship: Active TS/SCI Clearance and US Citizenship required.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, software development, or DevSecOps.
Programming & Scripting: Practical understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Bash.
CI/CD & Containerization: Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines deploying to AWS or Red Hat OpenShift.
DevSecOps & Networking: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, common network components (load balancers, firewalls), and virtual/physical infrastructure design.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications: Active CompTIA Security+ CE (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT II certification).
Multi-Platform Integration: Experience connecting cross-domain services across AWS, GitLab, OpenShift, Nexus, and AWS Diode.
Systems & Testing Experience: Background in Linux system administration, unit/functional testing, and identity access management.
Tooling: Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for workflow and documentation management.
