Gather and document business requirements to create BRDs, FRS, and user stories while analyzing business processes for improvement. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment and maintain detailed project documentation.

Fresher 1-2 years experience Business Analyst (with MBA)
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, and process flows.
Conduct requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
Assist in solution design and ensure requirements are clearly communicated to development teams.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
- Track requirements, changes, and project deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and project outcomes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Create project documentation, workflow diagrams, process maps, and reports.
- Maintain requirement traceability matrices and project artifacts.
- Prepare status updates and management reports as needed.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of business process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
Preferred Skills
- Prior exposure to IT Services Pre-Sales or Solution Consulting.
- Experience with proposal preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, ERP solutions, or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
