Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt visual materials for Employer Brand projects, internal communications, presentations, events, and educational initiatives.

  • Support regular design requests from HR and other internal teams.

  • Work with existing brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across materials.

  • Prepare digital and print-ready files.

  • Collaborate with the Employer Brand team, manage several tasks in parallel, and deliver on time.

  • Occasionally support offline events, shoots, or production-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of relevant graphic design experience, or a strong junior portfolio.

  • Confident skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.

  • Ability to create and adapt visuals for both digital and print formats.

  • Experience with AI tools for creative generation and visual exploration.

  • Basic motion design / animation skills.

  • Attention to detail, good time management, and ability to work with feedback.

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work.

  • English level sufficient to work with briefs, references, and internal communication.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with different types of design requests.

  • Genuinely curious about art, design, and visual culture — motivated to grow as a designer.

Would be a plus:

  • Illustration or hand-drawing skills.

  • More advanced motion design / animation skills.

  • Experience with print production and preparing files for printing.

  • Interest in experimenting with new AI and design tools.

  • Background outside of IT (we’re open to candidates from other industries).
