We are looking for a proactive and organized Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team in the Betting vertical! In this role, you will manage relationships with existing partners, coordinate cross-functional workflows, work with performance data, and help drive traffic growth.

Responsibilities
Partner Management: Communicate daily with current partners, handle operational requests, deliver creative assets, and assist with campaign optimization and scaling.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Set clear tasks for designers and work closely with analysts to align offer promotion with sports calendars and key events.
Mobile Analytics Integration: Gradually dive into mobile tracking via AppsFlyer-we will train you to set up integrations, configure postbacks, and perform basic data analysis.
Reporting & Operations: Prepare regular weekly and monthly performance reports, track KPIs, handle basic contract workflow, and keep documentation organized.

Skills you’ll need to bring:
Relevant Experience: 6+ months of experience as an Account or Project Manager (preferably in iGaming/digital marketing).
Language Skills: Intermediate English (B1+) or higher — comfortable with daily written business communication with international partners.
Systematic & Analytical Mindset: Strong task management skills, comfort working with numbers/spreadsheets, contract administration, and weekly reporting.
Nice to Have: Experience with In-App traffic sources (working with affiliate networks, media partners, or direct traffic buying).
