Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant

Core Responsibilities

• Invoice billing: ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
• Process cash allocations by reconciling bank statements with remittance advices, closing paid invoices, and accurately posting cash entries.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding accounts receivable matters.
  
• Handle and resolve customer and stakeholder inquiries, primarily via email.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or current student) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or related field;
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills;
• Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken);
• Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles preferred;
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable processes or prior experience in an international business environment considered a plus.
