Drive Usage of Institutional eProducts

• Manage onboarding and implementation of Education eProduct solutions into institutions particularly key faculty and students (as well as librarians as needed) in all Low Touch accounts,
• Identify account-specific key metrics to track progress and adjust success plans as needed to deliver results.
• Systematically monitor usage dashboards at customer and regional levels against objectives and develop action plan where usage is not meeting objectives.
• Monitor account progress and collaborate with colleagues to deliver academic business reviews with customers.
• Support usage through face to face trainings and/or webinar sessions, so as to maintain the healthly use of eProduct solutions in Education institutions and to ensure  renewal revenue.
• Proactively schedule and conduct technology training and product presentations, including one-one one training.
• Respond to users´ inquiries in partnership with customer service.

 

Drive Demand for GME content

• Promote and demonstrate new GME products/content to current customers (lead generation).

• Work with institutional sales team to lead the conversion of new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Build a targeted account plan with colleagues for maximum results.   
• Develop the network of new key contacts driving demand of our e-solutions leveraging content knowledge in accordance with Elsevier´s social media policies
• Drive demand and usage while supporting and promoting trials within the assigned territory.

 

Product Knowledge & Market Awareness

• Display sound product knowledge, technical knowledge and understanding related to Education eProducts to be able to present yourself as an expert in front of faculty, students and librarians. This will be supported by attending internal trainings in a proactive way while highlighting any individual gaps in knowledge you may have to take advantage of specific upskilling training.
• Stay abreast of changes and trends in the market and with competitors (change of curricula, content, etc.) and show an understanding of the implications to GME business.
• Capture academic customer experience feedback and share with Publishing, Marketing, Product and Sales teams through instructed tools and processes.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: France - A DOMICILE €13,900 - €23,400.
