Position Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Journey Coordination Consultants. This position involves supporting clients as they move through the vacation process, from identifying what they want to coordinating the individual components of their trip.

You may assist with a wide range of leisure experiences, including cruises, resort stays, all-inclusive vacations, family adventures, couples trips, group experiences, tours, celebrations, and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to identify vacation priorities, schedules, interests, and spending expectations
  • Explore destinations and experiences that align with individual requests
  • Research lodging, cruise itineraries, transportation, excursions, tours, and other trip components
  • Review available choices and narrow down options based on client needs
  • Prepare customized recommendations for client consideration
  • Explain relevant amenities, services, policies, and reservation requirements
  • Coordinate approved client selections using authorized supplier resources
  • Verify passenger information and reservation details before finalizing arrangements
  • Maintain organized documentation for each client's trip
  • Manage important timelines, including deposits and final payment dates
  • Check in with clients throughout the coordination process
  • Share necessary updates and preparation information prior to departure
  • Help resolve routine reservation questions or adjustment requests
  • Maintain current client records and communication history
  • Keep knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and vacation products up to date

  • Reliable internet access and compatible device
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain andd other qualifying regions
