• Map and analyse business processes across departments or systems

Requirements

• Excellent process mapping and documentation skills
  

• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving
  

• A systems thinking mindset and ability to grasp complex business contexts
  

• Clear, concise, and structured written and verbal communication
  

• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills (comfortable running workshops or interviews)
  

• Experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, or service design
  

• A bias toward action and continuous improvement
  

• An insatiable curiosity for how businesses work, and how they can work better
  

• Experience working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with devs, designers, product managers)
  

• Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Zoho, Airtable, Notion, Make/Zapier)
  

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or project-based workflows
  

• Degree or certification in Industrial Engineering, Business, Systems Thinking, or related fields
  

• Previous work in multi-stakeholder environments or consulting
