We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to join a fast-paced, high-impact global team. In this role, you will lead front-end development initiatives for an international client, building scalable, modern, and high-performance web applications.
Because you will work directly with distributed cross-functional teams around the world, good English communication skills and a collaborative mindset are critical to your success.
\nArchitect, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive front-end applications using React 18 and modern JavaScript.
Design and manage application state using Redux and leverage modern build tools like Vite for optimized performance.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers across international teams to turn complex requirements into smooth user experiences.
Champion clean code, component-driven design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and code reviews, providing mentorship to team members.
Seniority & Experience: 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on modern front-end technologies.
Core Technical Stack:
Hands-on expertise with React 18 and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
State management proficiency using Redux (or Redux Toolkit).
Build tools experience with Vite.
Solid foundations in HTML5 and CSS3 (responsive design, modern layouts, styling frameworks).
Communication & Idiom: Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken) with the confidence to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical and international stakeholders.
Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or testing libraries (Jest, React Testing Library).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Prior experience in distributed, multicultural remote environments.
