Job Summary:
We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to drive the design and development of scalable applications using Spring Boot and Microservices. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality software delivery through best practices in RESTful API design, PL/SQL, and system optimization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for innovation.

What you need to have to be considered
· Java SpringBoot Azure
· Knowledge of Java build tools
· Experience with Java EE components
· Experience with Java Web frameworks
· Experience using Java testing tools for finished code
· Knowledge of the use of Java application containers
· Ability to communicate effectively with management or clients
· Ability to analyze the code while it is under construction
· Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until November 16th, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $85,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
