Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Ivanti Neurons for ITSM Developer / Configuration Specialist to configure, customize, and support enterprise ITSM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, business objects, Service Catalog, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Support Incident, Service Request, Change/Release, and Knowledge Management processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs/JSON.
• Use SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.
• Support testing, UAT, deployments, releases, and production issues.
• Gather requirements, create technical documentation, and work with business and technical teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on enterprise ITSM platform configuration/development.
• Ivanti Neurons for ITSM / Ivanti Service Manager strongly preferred.
• Strong ITSM/ITIL knowledge.
• Experience with JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, JSON, workflows, and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred: ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine, SSRS, CI/CD/DevOps, or ITIL certification.
