We are looking for Italian-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our international team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with community guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to protecting millions of users while maintaining a positive experience across one of the world's leading social media platforms.

You will work from our modern office in Sofia as part of a diverse, multicultural team. Candidates already living in Bulgaria are welcome, and we offer a comprehensive relocation package for those moving to Sofia.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Italian, including text, images, videos, and other media.
• Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies.
• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
• Accurately classify and evaluate content according to internal procedures.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, consistency, and productivity.
• Stay up to date with moderation policies, procedures, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to make objective decisions while following detailed guidelines.
• Comfortable working with online platforms and digital tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive content professionally and confidentially.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already be living in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or similar roles is an advantage, but not required.
