Description: An Italian-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Agent provides administrative and operational support for online gaming platforms. The role involves reviewing player accounts, verifying documents, investigating transactions, resolving account-related issues, monitoring compliance procedures, and responding to customer enquiries in Italian, ensuring a safe, secure, and positive gaming experience.

Requirements

·      You must have a C1/C2 level of Italian, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.

·      Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.

·      You must have a valid EU passport, or valid Bulgarian work permit.

·      You must be either living in Bulgaria, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
