Your Role

As an Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:

• Support Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
• Answer customer questions and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Ensure customers receive professional and friendly assistance.
• Use digital tools and company systems to manage requests efficiently.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to deliver excellent service.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to solve problems and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required.
• Full training will be provided.
