IT Systems & Network Engineer - Level II

Important: This position requires candidates with hands-on experience in the technologies and responsibilities listed above. Candidates should apply only if they have practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Exchange Online, networking, routers/switches, firewalls, and device troubleshooting. Previous MSP experience is a big plus. Candidates without relevant hands-on experience in the required technologies may not be considered.

Job Summary

We are looking for a IT Systems & Network Engineer – Level II with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies, networking, firewalls, and IT infrastructure support. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an MSP environment and be comfortable managing multiple client environments and troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level II technical support for client infrastructure and end-user environments.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune, including device management and configuration.
• Administer SharePoint Online and troubleshoot access and configuration issues.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mailboxes, mail flow, and email-related issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers and switches.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot multiple firewalls across different client environments.
• Troubleshoot servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and related infrastructure issues.
• Handle escalated technical issues from Level I support and provide appropriate resolution.
• Work across multiple client environments while maintaining proper documentation and security standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
• Escalate issues when required and ensure timely resolution according to service requirements.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
