We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist. You will collaborate closely with the operations team and other departments to ensure our global team has seamless access to all necessary tools and equipment. You will also have the opportunity to own the onboarding/offboarding processes, manage our hardware asset lifecycle, and shape our internal IT support workflows.

Onboarding & offboarding (hardware ordering, device setup)

Working as 1st & 2nd line support
Responsibilities:
Preparing onboarding materials and processes for new employees
Purchasing and procuring IT equipment
Creating accounts for new employees
Granting and managing access to company systems
Handling and resolving helpdesk tickets
Providing remote technical support to employees
