IT Project Manager (PLM / ERP / Manufacturing Systems) - Remote, US. 

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to support initiatives across key areas of a Life Sciences/Biopharma organization.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the OCPLM track within a large-scale enterprise transformation initiative supporting manufacturing and quality operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple enterprise applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing system integrations and data migration activities, and ensuring successful execution of project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex IT programs involving PLM, ERP, manufacturing systems, and enterprise integrations within regulated or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities including scope, schedule, budget, resource planning, risk management, and delivery execution.
• Coordinate activities across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, risk mitigation, and executive-level communications, including steering committee presentations.
• Manage enterprise application implementation activities and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee system integration efforts involving PLM, ERP, CAD, labeling, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing systems.
• Lead data migration planning and execution, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and cutover activities.
• Facilitate functional and technical workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to support change management, training coordination, and user adoption efforts.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT Project Management or Program Management experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience managing projects involving PLM, ERP, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience overseeing data migration activities, including master data, product data, BOMs, documents, and related business data.
• Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project governance, PMO processes, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Arena PLM, Agile PLM, or similar solutions.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, product development, and quality processes.
• Experience supporting regulated industries such as Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CAD, labeling, regulatory, and quality management systems.
