Role Overview

Join as an IT Operations Manager (Infrastructure) and lead the transformation of the company's IT landscape. This role offers a unique opportunity to build, maintain, and scale a fully remote corporate IT infrastructure. You'll play a crucial role in preparing the infrastructure for business growth and team scaling, ensuring that systems are secure and efficient for a global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and scale the company’s internal IT infrastructure.

  • Administer Google Workspace, corporate email, internal services, and collaboration tools.

  • Design and maintain a role-based access control (RBAC) model across the organization.

  • Manage access to business-critical tools such as Telegram, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and CRM platforms.

  • Develop and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, contractors, and external partners.

  • Manage critical accounts and ensure the security of the corporate environment.

  • Maintain a register of tools and vendors, including license management and cost tracking.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in iGaming / Online Casino environments is required.

  • Proven experience managing corporate IT infrastructure and internal IT operations.

  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.

  • Strong practical experience designing and implementing access management and corporate security processes.

  • Solid understanding of information security principles, risk management, and protection of critical business accounts.

  • Languages: English, Russian.
