Job title - Site Payment Associate
Location - Bulgaria (potentially can consider applications from candidates based in Poland and Spain)

As a Site Payment Associate your ultimate responsibility will be to provide support for activities related to accurate and timely site payments.
What You Will Do:
Review clinical trial agreements, study budgets, amendments, and other payment-related documentation to accurately capture and interpret financial requirements for system setup, including payment amounts, limits, caps, and supporting documentation requirements.
Configure site payment information within the Investigator Payment System (IPS), ensuring data is entered accurately and in line with contractual agreements.
Identify and appropriately set up both automated and manually triggered payment activities within the payment platform.
Proactively investigate unclear or incomplete payment terms and work with relevant stakeholders to obtain clarification and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with investigative sites to obtain, update, and maintain payee information and required financial documentation.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and key business partners to support payment operations.

Your Profile:
You will ideally bring relevant pricing and investigator payments experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in a business, life sciences, finance, or related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
Must be available to start within 4-6 weeks maximum
Previous experience in a clinical research, financial operations, contracts, payments, or similar environment is advantageous.
Understanding of clinical trial processes and the role of site payments within the study lifecycle is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate contractual, financial, and operational information effectively.
Professional fluency in English is required; additional European language skills would be beneficial.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to analyse, manage, and reconcile data accurately
