Inventory Planning Associate/Specialist

Lux Decor Collection is a growing private label ecommerce brand, selling across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, eBay, Wayfair, Shein, Temu, and more.

We are looking for an Inventory Planner to help optimize stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment across our multi-channel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales trends and forecast demand to maintain optimal inventory levels

• Plan and manage replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations

• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers, and logistics teams on inbound inventory

• Monitor inventory performance across multiple marketplaces

• Track key KPIs including stock coverage, sell-through, and inventory turnover

• Improve inventory planning processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Planning / Demand Planning / Supply Chain

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace-based businesses preferred

• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

• Familiarity with inventory tools/ERPs is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple SKUs in a fast-paced environment

This is a fully remote role.
