International Patent Paralegal

Pay: $30–$31 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per month
Experience Required: 2+ years

Woven Legal is seeking an experienced International Patent Paralegal to provide part-time support with international and foreign patent prosecution and docketing. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented patent professional who understands the WIPO system, can independently manage critical deadlines, and has experience working with the USPTO and Patent Center.

Responsibilities

• Support international and foreign patent prosecution matters using the WIPO system
• Track, calendar, and monitor patent deadlines accurately and proactively
• Process patent assignments and related documentation
• Review and respond to notices issued through the USPTO and Patent Center
• Maintain accurate and organized matter and docketing records
• Follow up on outstanding items to help ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met

Qualifications

• At least two years of patent paralegal or patent docketing experience
• Working knowledge of WIPO procedures and foreign patent prosecution
• Familiarity with USPTO requirements and Patent Center
• Experience tracking deadlines and maintaining detailed patent records
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and manage time-sensitive responsibilities

This is a part-time opportunity requiring approximately 20 hours per month. Additional details regarding the position and scheduling will be discussed with qualified candidates.
