Maria Nila is growing internationally, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial, world-curious Business Developer to help us take our professional haircare brand into new and existing markets.

This role is for someone who thrives on momentum — someone who likes opening new countries, finding the right distributors, building partnerships that last, and turning international ambition into real, measurable growth.

Your mission

Build the pipeline behind our international expansion. You'll identify new markets, develop distributor relationships, unlock sustainable commercial opportunities, and strengthen our presence with the partners and clients who already carry the brand.

What you'll do

Partner & network management. Build, manage and energize a network of distributors across multiple markets. Support them in executing local commercial strategies, monitor performance, and make sure every partnership stays aligned with our group goals.

Business development & sales. Identify, prospect and develop new international clients, distributors and strategic partners. Own the full sales cycle — from the first conversation through negotiation to a signed contract.

Cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with our marketing, supply chain and education teams. Coordinate the logistics, customs and contractual side of export operations. Represent Maria Nila at international trade fairs, exhibitions and industry events.

What you bring

  • 2–3+ years driving sales on a national or export market

  • A real team-player mindset and a KPI-driven approach to performance

  • Global perspective, natural curiosity, and a solution-oriented attitude

  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust across teams

  • Comfort working with the Microsoft suite

  • Experience working with international markets

  • A background in beauty and sensorial sales

  • Experience both in-house and on the distribution side

Your team

You'll partner day-to-day with our other Business Developers, work side-by-side with our marketing lead, collaborate closely with the education leads, and be part of every conversation around prestige retail and brand development.
