The Sales Intern will support the sales and admissions team through lead management, customer engagement, follow-ups, and administrative support while gaining practical sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing and lead generation activities.
- Conduct lead follow-ups, demo reminders, and customer communications.
- Attend assigned demos and assist with admissions processes.
- Resolve customer queries and complete assigned tickets/tasks.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Support teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, demos, and follow-up activities.
- Submit daily performance updates in the prescribed format.
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
