About the Role
This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team. The role focuses on:
- Onboarding new reconciliations
- Maintaining existing reconciliations
- Implementing client-driven changes
- Installing and upgrading platforms using the IntelliMatch tool
Responsibilities
- Onboard new reconciliations and maintain existing ones, adhering to project standards
- Support UAT testing and conduct regression testing to deliver defect-free changes ensuring platform stability
- Install and upgrade reconciliation applications and related products on client platforms
- Design and implement new changes in collaboration with internal stakeholders, change delivery teams, and clients
- Provide analytical and subject matter expertise for broader strategic initiatives
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, drive automation, and improve process efficiency
Qualifications
- candidate should have 8 to 12 years of experience in IntelliMatch. Knowledge of Store QM
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education/training/work experience
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge of the financial services marketplace and reconciliation processes
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships with deep technical and functional expertise
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a solution-driven mindset
