Qualifications:
Required:
- Associates degree related to healthcare or behavioral health
- Experience in clinical or administrative healthcare settings
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and foster collaborative relationships
- Ability to pass a drug screen and State of Alaska background check
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit, mental health or a substance abuse field
