About the Role   
We're looking for an Integration Specialist to own the technical onboarding and ongoing support of B2B partners integrating with Wirex Pay's Banking-as-a-Service platformYou'll be the bridge between our partners and our technologyensuring smooth integrations across both our API infrastructure and on-chain (EVM) components

Wirex BaaS is our Banking as a Service arm, giving fintechs, neobanks and crypto-native companies everything they need to launch financial products: card programmes, multi-currency accounts, FX, stablecoin settlement and the compliance layer that makes it all work. 

 

What You'll Own   

  • End-to-end technical onboarding of new partners, from initial integration kickoff to production go-live.  
  • Ongoing technical support for partners throughout their lifecycle with Wirex Pay.  
  • Partner system integration with Wirex Pay BaaS: API endpoints, smart wallet provisioning, wrapped stablecoin flows (WUSD/WEUR), and card infrastructure.   
    Guidance on optimal integration patterns to help partners scale efficiently and securely.   
  • Participation in pre-sales and technical discovery calls, explaining integration options and platform capabilities.  
  • Support for L1 Support team on technical and integration-related escalations. 

 

Key Responsibilities   

  • Lead the full integration process for new B2B partnersensuring smooth onboarding and timely launches 

         across both API and on-chain touchpoints.   

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for partnerssupporting them with API documentation

         smart wallet integrationsand blockchain-specific queries.   

  • Conduct UAT and certification checks to validate transaction flowswallet operationsand compliance 

         requirements.   

  • Identifytroubleshootand resolve technical issues during integrationincluding debugging API calls

         webhook failuresand on-chain transaction errors.   

  • Maintainupdateand continuously improve integration guides, API documentationand technical runbooks 
  • Work closely with engineeringproductand commercial teams to align technical delivery with business 

         objectives.  

 

Requirements   

  • 3+ years of experience in technical supporttechnical account managementor integrations-focused role.   
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.   
  • Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia or similar).  
  • Familiarity with blockchain conceptswalletstransactions, EVM basicsand token standards (ERC-20).   
  • Experience with blockchain analysis via explorers.   
  • Understanding of account abstractionsmart wallets/MPC wallet infrastructure.   
  • Experience with stablecoinspayment railsor fintech/crypto products background.   
  • Experience using log management tools to investigate and debug issues.   
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).   
  • Ownership mindsetyou care about results and long-term partner success.   
  • Ability to work independentlyprioritize effectivelyand stay focused on outcomes 
     

Nice to Have  

  • Basic to intermediate SQL querying skills 
  • Basic knowledge of Python/TypeScript/Go programming language.  
  • Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance flows in a crypto context.   
  • Hands-on experience running technical demos
