What this job involves: The Integrated Account Services (IAS) Support Analyst supports a major Financial Services account within the Work Dynamics business. This role partners closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) team to assist with special initiatives, business-as-usual activities, reporting, communications, and project coordination across the account. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams while supporting client-facing deliverables and operational priorities.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Supporting special initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) activities related to COE functions
Managing multiple assignments while following established project priorities and delivery timelines
Assisting program managers, senior analysts, and leadership teams with project coordination and operational support
Preparing reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
Coordinating team communications, engagement activities, and meeting materials
Collaborating with cross-functional account teams to support project and program needs
Escalating questions or issues to COE leadership and program managers when appropriate
Supporting ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives assigned by leadership
Building business knowledge and technical skills to support professional growth and team success
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field; business, communications, or related disciplines preferred
0–3 years of related professional or internship experience
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment
Familiarity with commercial real estate, facilities management, or corporate services organizations
Experience with data entry, reporting, or presentation development
Experience supporting projects, programs, or operational initiatives
Interest in facilities management, real estate, or integrated corporate services

Estimated compensation for this position:
55,000.00 – 68,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
