As an Intake Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for coordinating the patient admission process, ensuring timely, accurate intake operations, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This leadership role oversees daily operations, team performance, workflow management, and continuous process improvement while partnering with cross-functional teams to support quality patient care.

Collaborative, Mission-Driven Team Culture
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Intake Representatives and Leads
Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and employee development
Monitor daily workflows to ensure timely patient admissions and operational efficiency
Partner with Sales and clinical teams to reduce time to start of care
Handle escalated patient concerns and complex intake issues
Analyze team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and regulatory requirements
Drive quality assurance initiatives and process improvements
Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and improve the patient experience
Experienced leader with a passion for coaching and developing teams
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize competing priorities
Strong decision-maker with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Effective communicator who collaborates well across departments
Driven by quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
Dedicated, distraction-free home workspace

Professional, camera-ready presence for virtual meetings
Strong self-motivation, accountability, and time management skills
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
Healthcare, home health, DME, or patient services experience preferred
Experience leading remote teams is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
