About the Role
As the Intake Officer – Child, Youth & Family, you'll coordinate referrals, placement matching and intake processes for children and young people entering our care.
Working collaboratively with operational teams, carers and external stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in identifying safe, appropriate placements that meet each child's individual needs. You'll ensure referrals are managed efficiently, placement decisions are informed by best practice and CARE therapeutic principles, and carers receive the information and support they need during the placement process.
This is a full-time, maximum-term contract until 1 January 2027 and is a work-from-home opportunity that can be based anywhere in Queensland
