Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
- Follow up on leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve production goals
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance sales experience highly preferred
- Life & Health license is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling sales conversations by phone, text, email, and virtual meetings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Organized, coachable, and goal-oriented
