What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead & Scale: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of sales agents and customer service pros.
  • Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategic local marketing plans to acquire new households and commercial clients.
  • Build Relationships: Act as a trusted risk advisor in your community, networking with local businesses, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers.
  • Oversee Operations: Manage the daily financial and operational health of your agency, ensuring compliance and top-tier customer retention.
Who You Are (Requirements & Qualifications)

  • The Entrepreneurial Spirit: You don't want a 9-to-5; you want to own your time and your financial future.
  • Proven Leader: 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account management, business development, sales, or team leadership (insurance experience is a plus, but a track record of winning is what we really care about).
  • Licensed (or willing to get licensed): Must possess or be willing to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license. (We can guide you through this process!)
