Responsibilities:Collaborate with change management leaders to evaluate organizational impacts, identifying critical learning gaps to cultivate targeted workforce readiness.Design and produce comprehensive, omnichannel training assets-including instructor-led programs, digital learning modules, and structured job aids-to drive target behaviors.Architect structured training timelines and deployment schedules aligned with major change milestones to ensure seamless organizational transitions.Evaluate asset performance through feedback loops and rigorous user testing to optimize training materials for maximum engagement and retention.
