We are looking for expert car audio and automotive electronics (12V) technicians to provide remote technical support to customers in the United States.

We are a U.S.-based e-commerce company specializing in aftermarket car audio, with a large customer base and products from well-known brands in the automotive audio industry.
We work directly with customers who are passionate about car audio, and we’re looking for technicians who truly understand real-world installations — not just theory.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience installing car audio systems.
- Practical knowledge of:
- Amplifiers
- Subwoofers
- Speakers
- DSP (Digital Signal Processors)
- Factory radio integration
- Wiring and speaker enclosures
- Familiarity with recognized brands such as:
-Kicker, JL Audio, Rockford Fosgate, Pioneer, Kenwood, Sony, Alpine, JVC (or other equivalent brands)
- Ability to diagnose installation issues.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Strong written communication skills for emails and chat.
- Own computer and stable internet connection.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support emails and/or calls.
