We are looking for a Market Research Analyst / Insights Analyst to join our clientโs global team.
This role is ideal for analytical and curious professionals who enjoy working with consumer and market data, identifying meaningful patterns, and transforming data into actionable business insights.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly in English to stakeholders across different teams and functions.
Analyze consumer, retail, and market research datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Calculate and interpret key business metrics such as market share, household penetration, brand awareness, and purchasing behavior.
Maintain and update recurring reports, trackers, and data tables.
Create charts, summaries, and presentations that communicate findings in a clear and actionable way.
Review data outputs and validate calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Identify meaningful insights and translate complex data into business recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams in English-speaking environments.
Support client-facing and internal initiatives by delivering high-quality analysis and reporting.
+1 years of experience in Market Research, Consumer Insights, Business Analytics, Reporting, Data Analysis, or similar analytical roles.
Advanced English level (written and spoken).
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested IF statements, and large dataset manipulation.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify trends and extract meaningful business insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to explain findings clearly to stakeholders from different business areas.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, Finance, or related fields.
Experience working with consumer, retail, panel, survey, or market research datasets.
Familiarity with brand tracking, consumer behavior analysis, or market measurement studies.
Experience preparing executive presentations or insight reports.
Exposure to marketing analytics or consumer insights environments.
