Job Title: Inside Sales Executive [DACH region]
Location: Germany Remote
Reports to: DACH Region Sales Manager
Purpose of the Role
This role will be focused on driving incremental sales from Brompton’s existing customer base, delivered primarily via remote communication, as well as supporting Sales Operations to ensure best possible trade customer experience and service levels.
You will actively advise, sell and close business, while supporting our Regional Account Managers in their day-to-day work and during specific sales campaigns. This is a practical, commercial role with real ownership, close customer contact and direct impact on revenue – not a purely administrative position.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Active Selling
Actively advise and sell to Dealers across the DACH region via phone, email and the internal B2B site
Identify, develop and close sales opportunities in day-to-day business
Proactively manage re-orders and replenishment business to achieve sales targets
Execute sales campaigns and promotions in close coordination with the Regional Account Managers
Upselling and cross-selling of bikes, parts, accessories and services
Day-to-day management of smaller Dealer accounts
Occasional participation across in person sales events and trade fairs
Support of Regional Account Managers
Strong operational support of the Regional Account Managers in daily business and reporting
Active involvement in the preparation and execution of sales initiatives and product launches
Preparation of offers, action plans, forecasts and decision templates
Continuous exchange on market feedback, opportunities and pipeline status
Supporting Sales Operations & Commercial Steering
Build, maintain and actively manage a rolling 12-month sales pipeline
Capture and analyse sell-in, sell-out and stock-in-market data to support commercial decisions
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, plus translate into concrete inside sales actions
Supporting on pre order process execution and ensuring customer requirements followed
Ensure all products are listed and available for customers on the internal B2B site
Develop and foster strong working relationships with the UK based Sales Operations team, supporting as required, including DACH holiday cover or during peak periods
Systems, Processes & Interfaces
Maintain customer and opportunity data in Salesforce
Close collaboration with Sales Operations, Marketing, Customer Service and Supply Chain
Support translation and local adaptation of sales and marketing materials
