Inside Sales Associates play a vital role in driving business growth. They make outbound calls, build relationships with prospects, generate leads, set appointments, close sales, and consistently meet key KPIs. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospects and clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.

- Accurately update CRM systems with client information and progress.
Requirements
- Call center experience within the past 2 years (essential).
- Ability to adapt English accent to American English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpretation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or equivalent software.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or similar platforms.
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 MBPS download/upload) and functional home office setup.
- A working computer (PC (Windows): Intel Core i3‑10100 / i3‑12100, or AMD Ryzen 3 3100 / 5300G with Windows 11. | Mac: Apple M1 chip (2020) or newer base M2 (2022) | Intel Mac: MacBook Pro 13‑inch (2020, Intel Core i5/i7) - the last Intel generation before M1).
