Inside Sales Appointment Setter – Remote

Base Salary: $42,640
On-Target Earnings: Ranging from $56,680 up to $87,360 

Benefits: Company-paid health, dental, and vision benefits, valued at approximately $3,000 annually
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Hours: Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST (M-F) (Saturday & Sunday 9-5:30pm)

What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Appointment Setter with ProConnect, you’ll speak with homeowners by phone and book qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants.

You will:

• Book 8–10 qualified appointments per day
• Complete 200+ calls per day
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Follow a proven script while keeping conversations natural
• Build rapport quickly
• Handle objections professionally

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing, sales, service, call centre, appointment-setting, or phone-based role
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset

Schedule

This is a fully remote role with rotating shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM PST (M-F) (Saturday & Sunday 9-5:30 pm) 

Schedules are either:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Tuesday to Saturday

(Schedules are provided 3 weeks in advance)
